Terms and Conditions
Resale Pricing : All Elyte Hydration products must be resold at the current Recommended Retail Price (RRP) unless agreed otherwise with Annelies Grimshaw.
• 30-Pack : $69.99
• 12-Pack : $34.99
Payment Terms : All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Online Resale and Marketing Policy : Wholesale stockists may resell Elyte products on their own approved online platforms.
However, to protect brand integrity and ensure fair treatment of all retail partners, the following conditions apply:
- Retailers must not bid on Elyte-related keywords (including brand name, product names, or close variations) in Google Ads or other paid search platforms.
- Retailers must not use paid digital advertising, influencer marketing, or sponsored content featuring Elyte without prior written approval from Elyte’s marketing team.
- Retailers must not implement SEO strategies specifically targeting Elyte brand terms (e.g. “Elyte electrolytes”, “Elyte hydration”) without approval.
- Elyte products must not be advertised as “on sale” or promoted with discount messaging beyond the permitted pricing rules.
All marketing activity relating to Elyte must be reviewed and approved prior to launch.
Note: Elyte’s marketing team is happy to support store launches through approved campaigns, pop-up activations, sampling, and other collaborative initiatives — please contact us to discuss options.
Shipping : Free shipping on all wholesale orders
Exclusivity : Elyte products should only be sold at your physical store(s), your direct-to-consumer channels, or approved online store. Third-party marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, eBay) are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
Returns and Damages : Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery
Product Integrity : Stockists must ensure Elyte Hydration products are displayed and stored appropriately to maintain quality and freshness.
Termination Clause : Elyte reserves the right to terminate supply if terms are not adhered to.
Jurisdiction : These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Privacy Statement : All information provided will be kept confidential and used solely for wholesale account purposes
