Resale Pricing : All Elyte Hydration products must be resold at the current Recommended Retail Price (RRP) unless agreed otherwise with Annelies Grimshaw.

• 12-Pack : $34.99
Payment Terms : All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Online Resale Policy : Wholesale stockists may resell Elyte products on their own online platforms. However, all paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Meta campaigns, influencer collaborations) must be pre-approved by Elyte to ensure brand alignment. Products must not be advertised as “on sale” or discounted without prior written approval from Annelies.
Shipping : Free shipping on all wholesale orders
Exclusivity : Elyte products should only be sold at your physical store(s), your direct-to-consumer channels, or approved online store. Third-party marketplace listings (e.g., Amazon, eBay) are not permitted unless explicitly approved.
Returns and Damages : Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective goods reported within 7 days of delivery
Product Integrity : Stockists must ensure Elyte Hydration products are displayed and stored appropriately to maintain quality and freshness.
Termination Clause : Elyte reserves the right to terminate supply if terms are not adhered to.
Jurisdiction : These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
